• Coordinate and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) across impacted IT platforms and core networks for relevant projects/products.• Support and enhance test automation and tools to expedite SIT and performance-related testing.• Lead and manage SIT activities, ensuring tests are completed error-free and on time.• Establish a SIT team by nominating members from all impacted platforms, ensuring development teams remain separate to maintain objective testing.• Implement testing objectives and develop test cases based on department blueprints and SIT processes, involving key stakeholders (Project Managers, Platform Teams, Network Teams, Marketing, etc.).• Prioritize, schedule, and monitor testing activities in coordination with the Data Centre.• Produce and disseminate detailed test reports, highlight gaps/errors, and make recommendations for improvement.• Further develop regression testing tools for end-to-end services.• Ensure effective implementation of testing guidelines, interfaces, and processes.• Provide timely SIT status updates and escalate key issues to all relevant stakeholders.• Submit periodic reports on all SIT activities.• Proven experience in Telecom Software Testing and OSS/BSS products.• Ability to work at both high-level solution architecture and detailed technical levels.• Proficiency in Java, Unix, Shell Scripting, Perl, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL; knowledge of Python, Angular, C++, and PHP is a plus.• Experience with protocols like RADIUS, DIAMETER, LDAP, SPML, SOAP, XML, SMPP, HTTP, and DNS.• Familiarity with mobile and enterprise test automation frameworks.• Strong troubleshooting skills across complex IT and core network solutions with multiple subsystems.• Good understanding of CRM, Online Charging, Billing, Policy Control, AAA, Roaming, Provisioning, and Digital Channels.• Quick learner with the ability to work well under pressure.• Strong presentation and communication skills.• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of independent work.
