Position SummaryThe Procurement Officer is responsible for managing and executing all procurement activities efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical and mechanical background in MEP, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works to ensure effective evaluation of technical specifications, vendor proposals, and the quality of materials and services provided.Key Responsibilities· Review and process assigned Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Work Orders in a timely manner.· Forward enquiries and/or RFPs to approved vendors in line with project and company requirements.· Evaluate and negotiate received proposals with a focus on technical accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and quality compliance.· Prepare a Bid Comparison (Bid Tab) with a minimum of three quotations, including required specifications and supporting documents.· Raise Purchase Orders (POs) after obtaining necessary approvals from concerned departments.· Source and qualify potential vendors in accordance with departmental and company procurement policies.· Maintain an updated and approved vendor database relevant to MEP, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.· Ensure vendor compliance with project scope, specifications, and contractual terms & conditions.· Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.· Monitor vendor performance and quality of supplied materials and services.· Submit weekly reports detailing issued and pending orders to the Procurement Supervisor/Manager.· Submit monthly/quarterly cost-saving reports highlighting procurement efficiencies and value achievements.

Utilize databases, CRM systems, and industry contacts to build a robust pipeline of leads.Clearly articulate the benefits of our stock brokerage services, including trading platforms, investment options, and financial advice.Conduct sales pitches, handle objections, and close deals effectively. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, providing updates on market trends, and addressing any questions or concerns.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead status in our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Provide clients with accurate information and adhere to ethical sales practices.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide relevant information to clients and enhance sales strategies.Preference will be given to candidates who:1. Have experience as a customer handling, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate complex market concepts.2. Teamwork, handling the pressure and providing al the data at given time.3.
