The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for producing high-volume, high-quality video content tailored for multiple brands. This role requires a creative expert who can seamlessly integrate video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling to create engaging content for digital platforms, particularly social media. The individual must have a deep understanding of social-first content trends, brand storytelling, and high-speed content production.A key responsibility of this position will be to develop motion-based assets, animate compelling stories, and edit videos that align with brand strategies, while working in a fast-paced creative agency setting. The candidate will collaborate closely with content creators, strategists, designers, and brand managers to deliver visually striking assets that meet client objectives.Conceptualise, edit, and produce engaging video content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client branding and marketing goals.Create high-quality motion graphics, animation, and video effects to enhance digital content for effective campaigns.Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate brand messaging into dynamic and visually compelling video content.Collaborate with the events and sponsorship teams, as well as third-party agencies, to develop content that supports sponsorship and promotional efforts for clients.Oversee the whole video production process from briefing to final delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency across multiple client projects. Manage post-production workflows, including footage organisation, colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics integration.Stay ahead of digital content trends to ensure content is innovative, engaging, and optimised for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
